Here you will find original\, handcrafted cocktails\, extensive wine and beer offerings and\, as usual\, the kind of intelligent conversation that Sustainable Spirits has to offer. We’ll enjoy hors d’oeuvres and the fresh air that autumn brings in their outdoor gathering area. \nOur final sponsor for the year is none other than McGill Environmental\, building healthy soils and sequestering carbon in four sites in the US and two in Ireland. Learn about compost from the people who make it so well. \nSustainable Spirits is a casual monthly gathering for the sustainability community organized by the North Carolina Composting Council. We started on the Summer of 2013 and have been rotating around the [expanded] Triangle and the coast through different establishments creating a space for people to gather\, meet each other\, and engage in fun and meaningful conversations for an inclusive and regenerative future.
