DESCRIPTION:On May 8th the NCCC is headed to the General Assembly in Raleigh to meet with legislators to advance the compost industry in North Carolina. In 2024\, NCCC’s been busy working steadily with a lobbyist and team of compost indusry leaders from NC to expand compost use and manufacturing in the state. On April 17\, 2024 NCCC hosted a virtual town hall– which was recorded and will be released on NCCC’s YouTube Channel on 5/7/2024\, also in celebration of Inernational Compost Awareness Week (ICAW). \nNCCC and Compost Indusry leaders will continue the dialouge on May 8th for NCCC’s Lobby Day!
