This event attracts a larger crowd\, including compost operators in training from across the country and COTC Alumni from years’ past!  Meet beforehand next door for a tour of the Raleigh City Farm from 5:30-6:00pm. \nSustainable Spirits are professional-networking socials rotating around the state for people who share NCCC’s commitment to sustainability issues\, such as composting\, waste reduction\, environmental policy\, healthy soils\, regenerative practices\, climate resilience\, environmental justice\, renewable energy\, civic engagement\, circular economy\, and beyond! \nAppetizers are provided\, with thanks to our event sponsor EcoSafe Zero Waste!
