In 2025, the NC Composting Council strengthened its impact through collaboration, education, and investment in our composting community. Together with 60+ community partners and 17 sponsors, we engaged 500+ people through programs that advance composting across North Carolina. With $25,000+ raised in sponsorships and grants, we were able to give back $11,200+ in scholarships, grants, and support for partner organizations—helping grow the people and systems that make composting thrive.
