If you’ve ever wanted to reduce your carbon footprint, divert your waste from the landfill, AND make your lawn and garden more healthy and beautiful, this is the workshop for you! The Coastal Composting Council invites you to come learn from our members and successful backyard composters, a few diverse methods of creating soil from food scraps, yard waste and other organic material. You will also learn about how to get involved with promoting composting initiatives and education in our region, state and country!
Sign up for morning (9am – noon) or afternoon (1pm – 4pm) workshops on Tips & Tricks for Successful Composters, Vermiculture, Hugelkultur (buried wood), and a surprise jump-start to help begin your journey.
