Each September the NC Composting Council (NCCC) partners with the Compost Research and Education Foundation (CREF) to host a 5-day Compost Operations Training Course at NC State University. The 2025 NC COTC takes place September 8-12, 2025. Registration opens in Spring 2025. More details TBA.
