FoodCon 2016 will be a one-day conference held Friday, November 11th at NC State University focused on the business of sustainable food. We’ll have speakers and panels covering topics including including sustainable supply chain, entrepreneurship, technology, investing, food waste, local food economy, food safety, food access and hunger, and more! Our goal is to bring together a diverse audience of students, community members, and business professionals who have an interest in and/or are working in the sustainable food industry. We aim to increase the awareness and understanding of the sustainable food industry as well as support and grow the industry here in North Carolina and throughout the country.
