A celebration of sustainable farmers and the creativity of the Piedmont’s top chefs, brewers and artisans, creating and sharing delicious, healthy dishes made with locally grown sweet, hot and smoky NC peppers. All utensils and serving pieces in this event are totally compostable. This is a big celebration with a very small environmental footprint!
