Sustainable Spirits is a casual monthly gathering for the sustainability community organized by the North Carolina Composting Council. We’re kicking off the new year by hosting and sponsoring this event ourselves. The NC Composting Council’s mission is to promote composting and the use of compost and to educate people about the science of composting and its benefits. We love what we do and we want to tell you about it. So come and celebrate the soil with us!
